Win Ba Shan joined Uniteam as an Accountant in 1996 and was subsequently promoted to Finance Manager. She now serves as Executive Director of Myanmar operations, leading a team of accountants and overseeing finance operations, accounting and tax matters. She holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce from the University of Yangon and a diploma in Management Accounting.
